Partnering in the Ministry

This past Saturday through Tuesday, we had the opportunity to be at the Metro Baptist Church in Burnaby, BC, Canada with Pastor Russell Mackay. Pastor and Mrs. Mackay have always been like a second set of parents to me as their sons and I grew up in the same city just 5 minutes apart. The Mackay’s have been faithfully serving the Lord in the Burnaby area for over 20 years! It was a blessing to be a part of Metro Baptist’s Mission’s Conference and present our burden for the lost in Uganda.

I am thankful for the friendship that we have with Metro Baptist Church. It is a rare thing that two pastors in the same city could have such an incredible friendship like my dad and Pastor Mackay have. So much so that they share a church office building! What a blessing to have such faithful partners in the ministry in the same city for so many years!

Currently, I am by myself in Stewart BC, Canada presenting our ministry to the people of Charity Baptist Church pastored by Pastor Joe Noreau. Stewart is approximately 918 miles (17 hour drive or 1.5 hour flight) north of Vancouver and sits close to the halfway point to the Yukon Territories on the western side of British Columbia. Stewart is literally right around the corner from Hyder, Alaska. Please pray for the Lord to work in a mighty way this weekend!
